In 2000, I built my own LMS for a company, and was hired to create an e-learning program for customer training, as well as run a training division with ILT still in play (blended). Everyone I knew, followed the ADDIE approach. Other fun tidbits AICC was the leader here, then came SCORM. Is Kirkpatrick still in play?
