Established Product vs. Disruptive Change Companies get worried and make "strategic changes" in their product -- add a new feature -- this is whats happened with established e-learning companies. I think rapid e-Learning will be a big one. I was a victim of the e-Learning Hype Cycle of 2000/2001.
