I saw Michael Allen speak for the first time at the eLearning Guild's Annual Gathering in Boston. ADDIE, rapid? Now, Michael is the first to admit that ADDIE hasn't always delivered - "the previously popular approaches have produced disappointing results". Were they having a laugh?) Right, understatement.
