No longer are they stuck saying, well it would something like this – and show an image or hard doc, now the end user can experience it. . no SCORM, AICC or PENS – however, I am now seeing a few vendors offer PENS (created by AICC back in 2005, but slowly gaining traction). Non compliant – i.e Peer review.
