A hierarchy approach – Chapter – Page – Lesson/Assignment/Scenario was the terminology used and design structure. Macromedia Dreamweaver came out with templates. Dreamweaver was the tool to use for web design and development. Output was AICC (boo) and SCORM. I used DazzlerMax. Storyboards were common.
