The speeds presented were ideal speeds, but I remember, landing 38KBS in Boston, with a 56K modem. I used it in 1999, to teach a 100% online journalism course in the University of Nebraska system. Articulate and Adobe definitely did damage to the market, again, with their original RCAT. let alone 56K modem? So, no 640 there.
