In this context, how do you think the existing ‘design model’ of the e-learning authoring tools need to evolve to adapt to these changes? Joe: I’m a firm believer that both formal and informal learning are necessary. The formal learning, whether classroom-based or eLearning-based, helps to set a foundation for further learning.
