Method of delivery will be a hybrid podcast via the web with interaction either via email or a forum. open source software options: Audacity. Mixer–no open source ones out there, but Audacity does a lot. Save as Movie. Odeo: record, share; 50 MB limit for upload. Open or closed captions.
