I used it in 1999, to teach a 100% online journalism course in the University of Nebraska system. In 2000, I built my own LMS for a company, and was hired to create an e-learning program for customer training, as well as run a training division with ILT still in play (blended). Everyone I knew, followed the ADDIE approach.
