SCORM won the hearts of L&D folk everywhere, when it was invented by the ADL in 2000. The last SCORM version was in 2004! It’s inflexible, has limited capabilities and is unsuitable for the modern mobile age. We expect everything to be mobile, instantaneous and intuitive. SCORM has failed to evolve with the times.
