I also understand that the technology has helped to put social learning into focus. When I started in 2005 with communities of practice, few organizations were interested.

The “Community&# topic turned out to cover many potential topics: collaboration. social software apps. Communities of Practice. social network analysis. It’s new thought being wired into the brain’s network. In 2005, I plan to focus less on individuals and more on ecosystems.
