If viewers watch nearly four out of every 10 video files on a handheld device, they may end up downright surprised if and when a company uses technology that breaks on a mobile platform.

Remember when only a few offered the PPT to Flash option in their tools? I know, smartphone lovers will disagree, but if you go back into 2010, how many authoring tools or platforms were offering m-learning despite the extensive growth of smartphones (which has been increasing for years)? They output only to HTML5. Same thing.
