I am projecting that by the end of 2012, you will see HRIS features come into play, but more so as an additional cost module. Equally of interest, are the increase in open source systems that offer for a fee, hosting on their own servers, rather than on yours. I expect to see over 80% of the market go SaaS by the end of 2012.
