My personal favorite feature is the timeline with individual tracks for audio, images and text. Studio has always been known for the PowerPoint to Flash approach, but it also includes audio narration, TOC (yeah!) and customized player. 1st vendor IMO to truly have HTML5 output. Oh, HTML5 output too.

It can be used as standalone asset; the viewer only needs a mp4 player which is available on each system. Replacing a draft audio file in a Video Demo can be a pain, but for software sims it is much easier to split the recording of the video part and the recording of the slide audio clips. Integration in a website is very easy.
