In Captivate 2017 this is no longer necessary, thanks to the Adobe team! You’ll have to reset it to 100% before the recording to avoid problems. If Flash player is enabled in your browser, you can test this movie (SWF) online in my personal blog. The OS tends to set the display setting to a percentage higher than 100%.
