Strategies will move much slower than organizations who adopt easy to use tools and make tactical use of these tools. At DevLearn, I saw a demo of twitter being embedded inside Captivate as the basis of a social learning experience. And we won't see much adoption as the central vehicle for learning content delivery.

In my Ten Predictions for eLearning 2008 , my last prediction was: Prediction #10 => Knowledge Worker Skills - Just Beginning in 2008, Big in 2009 The discussion of knowledge work skills is going to be BIG. Was great at DevLearn. This will increase adoption of Web 2.0 June 1, 2008 was when Work Literacy Launched.

I sensed that learning and knowledge management were converging and invited bloggers form both sides to get together at the Tidehouse to share viewpoints and guzzle beer.
