The survey asks demographic and company questions of all the participants so that you know things like the industry, size of company, number of learners, their role, etc. So large companies with Oracle or SAP implementations are going to start going more towards using those packages. The first official eLearning content standard, AICC was developed by the Aviation Industry CBT Committee in 1993 as a CD-ROM based standard. A predecessor to SCORM, AICC was difficult to work with and many steps were required to get content in the format running in a learning management system (LMS). RFP (Request for Proposal).
