Webinar tools include Elluminate (now known as Blackboard Collaborate), WebEx and Adobe Connect all of which have similar screen topographies and perform similar functions, but all have an associated cost.

I have used www.dimdim.com before and Elluminate (but this is not open source.) Elluminate is a really nice tool but not open source. Big Blue Button is my favorite at the moment!
