I have never taken a class in pedagogy. My current business card says Im a "Manager of Instructional Design". She taught me the basics of instructional design, although looking back it wasnt much: Instruct, Demo, Practice, Assess. And now Im here -- "Manager of Instructional Design." But at this point, Im here to stay.
