It goes from a game to a social experience.

So, both the webinar tool (Elluminate, WebEx, Adobe Connect, etc.) These will be associated with a hashtag for the event. Webinar Vendors should make it easier for us to go from your tool to find out more information about the participants including after the event and possibly link up with them via twitter, linkedin or other sites.

Four Reasons you need structure for informal learning

The “ah-ha” factor came quickly from the following survey question: “What constructive changes would you suggest to make the webinar more effective next time?” I think a series of presentation/discussions would be more effective. Informal learning shouldn’t mean we disregard what works effectively in a formal setting.
