Heres what I recall: They created a set of powerpoint slides. Lets just say, a set of slide were created by someone. They had the SME record the audio for the slides. With Speech-Over's text-to-speech engine, expert content can be read in as text, which is then spoken in the course by an "expert" TTS voice.
