I will zig back and forth, not staying with the typical linear method so many folks find endearing. Synchronous based learning is ineffective – yet a main approach with EdTech, whereas asynchronous is far better, and widely used in Corporate. . WBT was created because ILT – face to face on-site, told you nothing.
