Once my captures are in the capture tray in the Snagit Editor, I can add some text, highlight something, or blur anything that’s confidential. When I come across relevant feedback during a workday, whether it’s in email, an online chat, a support ticket, or a blog comment—I take a snag and add a tag. Then I’m done.
