It is the year that I recognized that there is a revolution going on in eLearning similar to 1996 when I saw that web-delivery of tools, content, etc. I started using del.icio.us and Yahoo MyWeb to save bookmarks - locally saved favorites seem rather limited now. would grow to dominate in what was then a desktop/CD-ROM world.
