Sure, you can use the extensive list of tools on the market, but for those who want real power and complexity ala from the days of Authorware, pickings are slim. documentary maker and iPhone/iPad/iPod touch developer kit. Add lessons – seen in the education versions. Celtix - Enables you to create storyboards and scripts.

I also like to make occasional visits to Google Labs and Adobe Labs to "keep up" with the tech tools they are working on and to test drive any beta versions available. When I do find interesting tools I will keep track of them using my Delicious account. Tagged either under Development Tools or Cloud.
