I’d been waiting a year and half since my two year contract had expired, but wasn’t completely happy with any new mobile phone solutions. Blackberry ’s just too closed for me, and Symbian ’s too odd (these are mobile OSs). So, something (else) to keep me busy in the mountains. So, we’ll see.

Like him or not, he’s changed the face of our digital lives several times: popularizing the GUI interface with the Macintosh, changing the music market with the iPod, and upending the mobile market with the iPhone. It’s got a moderate suite of PIM, including contacts, calendar, and notes (no ToDos, ahem), and a microphone.
