I am always bothered when vendors see the entities as one in the same. I seriously wonder if those vendors who push this angle, have ever worked in training at a company (inc. To think that a vendor such as SumTotal, who sells SumTotal Learn and offers a multi-tenant platform with e-commerce, would see learning as an entity with HR.
