T wo years ago, DevLearn and KM World took place simultaneously in downtown San Jose. KM World 2009 is next week. I’ll be in Hope, Arkansas; Washington, DC; and Barcelona during KM World this year, so I’ll miss the show. Corporate learning and KM are both about getting the job done.

The analytics told me that over 40% of the users are Active Users (a term Jive uses to describe all users who log in to consume content without necessarily interacting with the content in any manner). They are lurking on the edge, consuming content. Is it an indicator of the value of the content being generated on the platform?
