2009 Predictions How Did I Do?

Part of this, that wasn’t well captured in my prediction, is that a lot of these solutions aim at providing Free content. In some settings, free authoring tools may do better, but they probably won't get much traction in workplace training. This has a dramatic impact on the Business of Learning and perceptions around value and cost.
