After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. Our customers find our system user friendly and easy to use. We have the highest repeat customers in the industry. If I am a potential customer, I would expect nothing less to come out of the vendor’s mouth on their product and user friendliness. Plateau Talent Management System. We are user friendly.
