There are better ones out there (and you can use them with GeoMaestro), that understand that not everyone is an instructional designer or has those skill sets to really utilize the product. Social Learning. If your goal is to incorporate and offer social learning as part of your LMS, then this is one system I would not recommend.

When you hear the term “browser agnostic&# , what this means is that the product or solution will work on any browser. But with LMS vendors jumping into the mobile learning sector, at least in some cases, it may be a tad misleading. I’m sure they tested with IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome, but what about Opera?

So, if you include Facebook like in your LMS, wouldn’t it be logical to assume that people would follow the same approach and mechanism, that they use in the actual real Facebook product? But, the reason I constantly bash this into e-learning vendors heads is this just DON’T GET IT. E-Learning 24/7.

Vendors and sadly, companies who purchase their products, believe that since someone can open up their web browser and click to view pages, they can figure it out. Anything that reduces calls into a company’s tech support (and thus lower the costs for that vendor’s customer support) will be incorportad.
