E-Learning vendors offer training or tell you they have robust training, you find out it is PDF guides with an accompanying video. Then there are just certain marketing pieces that are not true trickery, but I’d place in the questionable arena, and depending on the vendor the trick is on you. Personal Favs.

It also eliminates people who are not in your vertical, size of company (which does occur with some LMS companies) or do not have the features, that your system provides. People like people that are similar, which by the way is a propaganda technique (Just like you and me) often used in advertising. That perks up my ears.
