Q : I am curious on why Cornerstone On Demand, Saba and SumTotal do not appear in your top twenty lists even though they appear on other sites as the best products in the market. My latest take on those three vendors (plus one) are: Cornerstone On Demand – I have seen the new UI and I like what I saw. Am I missing something?

Although after talking to several vendors, irritation seemed to be a part of their response to me. Estimate 55% e-learning related content, including e-learning vendors and ILT vendors who added a “virtual training” component as part of their offerings. Great to see Saba attend the event.

That said, there were some hiccups and from an entire vendor wise (expo here) angle, some unique and some, uh. Okay, before jumping in, I want to thank all those who attended my session, E-Learning 2020. . This year, I estimated a 55/60% e-learning, including some ILT vendors offering some type of e-learning component. .

This one trend really is an irritation to me, because the term “training” is showing up rather than “learning”, which is the standard term as it relates to online learning (see it already?). Custom Development and LMS vendors. LMS vendors – read below. LMS vendors build in-house or outsource.

What I like about conferences is the ability to see the latest products and hear the pitches from the vendors. Yet, for all that do it, their are equal number of vendors who do not. Vendors who hand you a product (trial) and their business card or they just have their items in a bowl and you grab one. TK 11 Products.

Oracle then followed suit by acquiring SuccessFactors who had acquired Plateau in the past. SumTotal’s announcement does not include learning as part of their HCM, which for now is great news – but at some point will that change? Two examples: In 2010, a person at Saba was talking about their system to me.
