I mean Plateau was really garbage and then SF took it over and made it way better. Are you seeing a trend here? You can buy so many systems that integrate well with Oracle, so why stay in-house with their own platform? No, seriously, I’m asking why. Then, the updates while they kept coming, seemed to be just “eh.”

In fact, each of the “Four Horsemen” who rule the enterprise – namely SumTotal , Saba , Plateau & Geolearning – gave it a go in some way although no one outside their immediate customers or PR agencies seemed to notice. This one plays on the current trend and seems to be gaining slow but steady momentum to claim the pennant.
