I received an inquiry about the need for a low cost LMS solution and I've not had time to help this person with answers. I have not had much luck with open source LMS programs, mainly because of technical limitations on our part. costs that can exceed license costs. I'll try to aggregate them together.

Open Content Potential But There are Challenges This year I spent quite a bit of time looking at where and how open content could get leveraged in different ways. Flash may Die and HTML 5 is Going to be Big 2010 opened my eyes are Flash and HTML 5. I was really glad to see it grow to become one of the Top eLearning Sites.

Organize quickly Low cost Side note: It was somewhat ironic to hear all the discussion about how to improve "traditional conferences" while we were participating in something that was not really traditional - but was fairly effective. Would attendance have been even lower for in-person?
