Enterprises that love PLE's Cross battles Downes: is corporate learning corrupt? then shouldn't you make sure you provide these tools now rather than having tools adopted that are outside the firewall and personally owned where you will lose the content if the employee leaves?

I'm hoping to address questions such as: How do you create a personal tool set or Personal Learning Environment (PLE) for yourself? For example, Personal Learning , PLE , PWLE , PKM are all pretty closely related. But when I go to PLE and then look at the related Tools, I'm not seeing clear winners.
