Im a touchy-feely-people-kind-of-person. With a co.mment icon now installed on my Firefox toolbar, I just need to remember to click on it when I leave a comment on someones blog and want to track the conversation. My problem is I often forget to click the icon. I was using it for awhile, but had issues once I moved to Firefox.

Tweetdeck Im officially hooked to Twitter and use Tweetdeck to organize and group those I follow. Firefox My browser of choice. But Gcal helps me keep myself organized, and now that Ive discovered CalenGoo for the iPod Im all synched up. Im ready for the iPhone. My best column: eLearning, of course! Have a question?

I was having this problem though with my anti-virus not updating (hang in there, there is a point). I contacted tech support, not nearly as easy as it should be and I will re-print their "solution" to my problem below. Maybe Im just torqued at the system right now but there is a bad design principle at work here somewhere.
