Big Dog (Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Cornerstone OnDemand, Learn.com). If you are seeking TM as your focus and you want one of the big dogs – I found Plateau’s system to offer appropriate functionality for it, but found some real concern in other areas (see my product review). My runner-up is Operitel’s LearnFlex LSP.

Virtual classrooms and smart-boards are used in a more student-centered way (not putting all the attention to one person up-front=bad). open up exciting opportunities for people to access relevant information where and when they require it. Flash will still have an impact (at least in the area of mobile learning).
