If a person is willing to learn about the reasons WBT was created and its benefits (i.e. I talked about this, in my newsletter, but for those who have yet to subscribe/had a chance to read it, there are vendors out there whose algorithm is flawed. Some vendors (and it is gaining steam) offer “active users” Active users – People who are taking at least one course during the month. There are a few vendors who will charge only when the end user completes a course (but this is rare). E-Commerce model – It is rare, but there are vendors who offer it.
