I teach a class called “Managing Multimedia Projects” in that class students are given an RFP for an e-learning based proposal and they have to develop a solution. Communication between members of MyBestDay.net would include instant messaging and uploaded podcasts. There solution also included podcasting to draw people to the site.

The number one reason folks leave systems is the lack of support, yet it is rarely inquired about in any RFP, let alone demos. I found it weird that one vendor said they had on/off synch for the app, but didn’t have one in either iTunes or Google Play. Oh, and send them your amazing RFP. . #38
