I still think the Mobile App is King in the enterprise mobile learning space although the drum thumps of HTML5-based mobile web apps can be heard faintly in the distance. Prediction #3.

According to a McKinsey executive survey , a whopping 71% of enterprises are using Web 2.0 Integration with other enterprise systems: Organizations should seek vendors that understand how communities ties into other systems such as CRM, customer support, and marketing dashboards. We are seeing this today.
