Not to sound contradictory, but we all have a learning environment. Training, in any delivery venue you choose to use (F2F, on-line, synchronous, asynchronous, etc), represents only one item from column A of the “Chinese menu of learning. As training departments go, most are not equipped to sustain a learning environment.
