LearnTrends: Reinventing Organizational Learning

These are my live blogged notes from Jay Cross & Clark Quinn’s LearnTrends session on Reinventing Organizational Learning. Clark says ADDIE is a process, there will be a role for it (I think–I may be misrepresenting what he said). ADDIE looks backwards, looks for old best method & replicates that.

We even made the Big Question one month: New Presenter and Learner Skills and Methods. The LearnTrends Innovation Award Winners 2009 had several very interesting niche tools highlighted. LearnTrends had a bunch of these. Articulate has a great tool set. These things will be more targeted and deeper.
