There are a lot of wonderful systems out there who fail in an area very familiar to the e-learning industry including LMS vendors as a whole – marketing – as in its done poorly or not at all. To me the two best K-6 (primary) systems in the market are DB Primary and Frog. One vendor showed me a RFP form a large metropolitan school district that was 25 pages long, had lots of text on one side with comments and questions.
