The media folder is one level down inside the ppt folder. You can quickly scan the folder with an application like Picasa or Windows Photo Gallery. Normally, you have to right click on the image and then save as a picture to have it outside of the slide. If you notice, I have quite a few images on the various slides.

Protecting your prized PowerPoint content

Open the Selection Pane (Alt+F10) and make a note of the object name, for example “my precious picture” Close the presentation. With the file open, navigate to ppt/slides and open the xml file corresponding to your slide for editing: 6. With 7-Zip or BBEdit installed, open the PowerPoint file.

Usually I find the PPT driven approach, due to it. If that is the case, they why not write on a piece of paper, scan it in and sell that as your text course? Everything is ready to go, no need to think “okay, what am I going to do here” Saves TIME and enables you to see the big picture. Geez, what an honor.
