When I do find interesting tools I will keep track of them using my Delicious account. It is tough to stay on top of all the great stuff being offered out there, but the blogs and social media certainly help. Many of the blogs I follow are part of the eLearningLearning community. Tagged either under Development Tools or Cloud.

Popular ones included Lotus Notes, Blackboard and WebCT. However, the biggest player in Africa is the African Virtual University (AVU), which has graduated more than 40,000 students. This is a new area that I will be tracking and monitoring. As for the systems people used, well it varied. Bottom Line.
