As the rapid content authoring market continues to grow, new features and capabilities are equally growing. For the most part, that is a great thing, but as you are about to read, some are not. There are 124 authoring tools in my latest directory, of which 30 are SaaS or a combination of desktop and SaaS – which really what is the point of that?
