In 2000, I built my own LMS for a company, and was hired to create an e-learning program for customer training, as well as run a training division with ILT still in play (blended). How many of you, are familiar with terms such as ADDIE? I self taught myself Instructional Design back in 2000. Too many people say to themselves we need to find someone who is an expert in Articulate Storyline because this is what we use. Ask them if they know what ADDIE stands for? Ever heard of a flower?
