Everyone I knew, followed the ADDIE approach. They impacted the market in such a huge way, that the content (courses) you see today, overall, lack the ADDIE or as I did it, hybrid ADDIE method. Is Kirkpatrick still in play? Not someone who says they are an expert, but never had an LMS in 2000 or 2004 for that matter.
