No offense to those in HR, but a person who runs HR sees training in a different light than someone who runs and is the stakeholder in training. Ask yourself, how many HR people do you know that are aware of ADDIE? Skillsoft at this present time, does not sell Skillport as a separate LMS. . They are not.
